AOL was our second customer when we started in 2002. We worked with them to redesign AOL.com and various international websites and supported the redesign of AOL Instant Messenger, AOL Money, and a suite of other products.

The RSA is responsible for improving road safety standards, conducting driver testing, and developing policies aimed at reducing traffic accidents in Ireland. It organises public awareness campaigns, enforces regulations, and promotes safer driving behaviors.

We have worked with the RSA since 2019 on the design and development of their online presence. We provide managed support services to the Authority.

Kingspan Group provides innovative insulation and building solutions, focusing on sustainability and energy efficiency. Its product range includes insulated panels, building envelopes, and environmental products that enhance building performance.

We supported Kingspan to develop a range of websites in the 2010s.

Theloop.ie provides travelers access to a wide selection of tax-free products available at Dublin and Cork airport duty-free shops. It offers items such as fragrances, cosmetics, electronics, and premium liquors, available for pre-order and in-store pickup.

We developed the first versions of the Loop. We planned, designed and developed the e-commerce capabilities for Dublin and Cork Airports.

Smurfit Westrock's commitment to circular economy principles drives its operations, helping clients reduce their environmental impact while meeting modern packaging needs through customized, efficient solutions.

We have supported Smurfit Kappa on a number of digital projects. The largest was designing their corporate and global websites working with Macaw based in Holland. The site was developed on Sitecore.

Shannon Airport also invests in infrastructure improvements and sustainable initiatives, ensuring efficient services and contributing to regional economic development.

We worked with Shannon from 2010 to 2024 on their web presence, designing and managing the airport website and providing managed service support.

Savills Ireland is a real estate services provider offering a range of services, including residential, commercial, and property management, as well as sales, leasing, and advisory services. 

X Communications (acquired by Arekibo) was Savills' digital agency and designed and developed their web presence and related search services for the Irish market.

Safefood is an all-island organisation promoting food safety and healthy eating in Ireland, providing advice, research, and campaigns to raise public awareness and promote health.

Safefood works to improve food safety standards and promote healthy eating across Ireland, offering expert advice and conducting public awareness campaigns. It collaborates with governments, food industry partners, and health professionals to provide up-to-date information on nutrition and food hygiene.

We worked with Safefood at its inception to plan, design, and develop its first significant website, promoting research and educational programs aimed at reducing foodborne illnesses and supporting public health initiatives related to diet and well-being.

RTÉ (Raidió Teilifís Éireann) is Ireland's national public service broadcaster, providing television, radio, and online content across various platforms and channels.

RTÉ delivers television, radio, and digital content, serving as Ireland’s primary public service broadcaster. It offers news, entertainment, educational programming, and cultural content, aiming to reflect and connect Irish society.

We collaborated with RTÉ Radio to plan and develop the information architecture and design their Radio website, working closely with the various shows across the station to develop the strategy and information architecture before designing the portal. We also designed their official Radio app for Android and iOS platforms.

Realex Payments (acquired by Global Payments) offers business payment processing services, enabling secure online, mobile, and in-store transactions. It provides tailored solutions for e-commerce, helping merchants manage payments efficiently.

We worked with Realex in the early 2000s to develop their online identity and website to support their European expansion.

The RDS supports through its events, exhibitions, and programs. It also offers a platform for knowledge sharing, business development, and cultural exchange, fostering growth and innovation.

MerrionStreet.ie is the official news service of the Irish Government, providing updates, announcements, and information on government policies and initiatives.

MerrionStreet.ie serves as the official government news portal for Ireland, delivering press releases, policy updates, and information on government programs. It is a centralised platform for accessing official news and announcements from across the departments and state bodies.

We collaborated with the Department of Taoiseach to plan, design, and build the website using WordPress. 

The Medical Council of Ireland ensures the competence and professionalism of medical practitioners by regulating their education, training, and registration. It sets standards for medical practice, conducts assessments, and manages the licensing of doctors.

We worked with the Council develop their online presence. This included the planning and design of their website and a dedicated education website for future medical students. We provided ongoing support including managed services, analytics and campaign support.

Danone Nutricia is a division of Danone that offers tailored nutritional solutions for different life stages, emphasising early life and medical nutrition. With a mission to advance health, it delivers products designed for infant care, special medical needs, and elderly nutrition.

We work with the Irish and European offices to develop information and campaign websites for their products to promote healthy nutrition. Projects included the creation of the Nutricia Dietetic App for iOS and Android, which was created to support dietitians in the UK and Ireland.

Leveraging An Post's nationwide network, An Post Insurance offers personalised insurance options to individuals across Ireland. They aim to provide value-driven, comprehensive coverage with a focus on customer convenience.

We developed their website, creating their digital identity and designing and developing the website on Sitefinity, while also supporting the integration of quotation services.

The CSO is the national agency responsible for collecting, analysing, and disseminating statistical data on various aspects of Irish life.

The CSO provides key information that helps inform government policies, supports economic planning, and aids public and private decision-making. It conducts a range of surveys and censuses, ensuring the availability of accurate, timely, and impartial data for the benefit of the public, researchers, and policymakers.

We worked with CSO in the 2000s to redesign their corporate website. This significant information architecture project focused on a full revamp of the content architecture and delivering an accessible redesign.

An Post services offering a range of services that include mail and parcel delivery, financial services, and retail solutions. As a state-owned enterprise, An Post plays a vital role in connecting communities across Ireland and supporting commerce through reliable logistics services. An Post provides banking services, such as current accounts and loans, and operates an extensive network of post offices.

We continued to develop various digital services where the most recent was for An Post Insurance.  

Blackrock Clinic is a leading private hospital in Ireland. The Clinic is known for its high standards of medical care and state-of-the-art facilities. It offers a wide range of specialised medical services, including cardiology, orthopaedics, oncology, and neurosurgery. Blackrock Clinic is recognised for its advanced diagnostic and surgical technology, as well as its commitment to patient-centred care. The hospital attracts both domestic and international patients, emphasising quality treatment and a holistic approach to healthcare.

We developed the corporate website to promote the hospital, its services and medical expertise and also advised on search engine optimizations and digital marketing.

Bank of Ireland offers a wide range of financial services, including personal and corporate banking, mortgages, and insurance. It serves both individuals and businesses, with a strong focus on customer service and innovation. Aon Ireland is recognised for its expertise in managing complex risks and delivering strategic advice to clients.

123.ie is an Irish insurance company offering a range of products, including car, home, travel, and pet insurance.

123.ie is known for its user-friendly online platform, the company aims to make insurance accessible and straightforward for its customers. As part of the RSA Insurance Group, 123.ie focuses on competitive pricing and customer satisfaction.

We supported 123.ie on a range of consultancy services that included user testing, information architecture, frontend development, accessibility and user experience design for their website and online insurance quotations processes.

A&L Goodbody provides comprehensive legal services across various sectors, including corporate law, financial services, litigation, and tax. BT is a leading provider of telecommunications and network services, both in the UK, Ireland and globally. BT global services are wide-ranging from broadband, mobile, and TV services, to extensive IT solutions for businesses. William Fry offers a wide range of legal services, including corporate law, banking, intellectual property, and dispute resolution. Matheson LLP is the law firm of choice for international companies and financial institutions doing business in and from Ireland. The Central Bank of Ireland is responsible for regulating the country’s financial system, including banks, insurance companies, and financial markets. We were commissioned by the Central Bank in 2016 to plan, design, and deliver a new digital communications strategy, as well as an enterprise web content management/digital platform built on Sitefinity. Since the launch in 2017, we have provided 24/7/365 platform support and managed services.

UCD is also one of Ireland’s largest and most prestigious universities, offering undergraduate, postgraduate, and research programmes across a range of disciplines, including humanities, business, science, and engineering. UCD is known for its strong emphasis on research, innovation, and global engagement, and it maintains partnerships with institutions and organisations worldwide.

RCSI is a renowned institution dedicated to medical education, research, and healthcare.

Founded as the national training body for surgery in Ireland, RCSI has been at the forefront of healthcare education and research since 1784. The RCSI provides undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in medicine, pharmacy, and nursing through its international universities. RCSI also operates teaching hospitals and is recognised globally for its contribution to healthcare education.

We have worked with RCSI since 2017 to design, build on Sitecore and manage their global online presence.

HPRA ensures that healthcare products are safe, effective, and high-quality. HPRA also monitors the safety of products on the market, inspects manufacturing facilities, and collaborates with international regulatory bodies.

Mater Private Network is a leading provider of private healthcare services in Ireland, offering a range of specialised medical treatments and services. The Mater Private Network operates hospitals and clinics in Dublin and other locations in Ireland, as well as one in the UK, providing services in areas such as cardiology, orthopaedics, and oncology. Mater Private Network is known for its patient-centred approach and advanced medical technology.

We have worked with Mater Private Network since 2018 on the strategy and development of their online presence. Our work includes a redesign and development of the corporate and hospital websites.

The HSE manages hospitals, primary care centres, and community health services, aiming to provide accessible and high-quality care to the population. The HSE also leads public health initiatives, including vaccination programmes and mental health services, and works to promote health equity across Ireland.

We provided the HSE with UX and web development support for various departments. 

Tourism Ireland aims to increase tourism by promoting Irish culture, heritage, and natural attractions to a global audience. To this end, it collaborates with stakeholders, including tour operators and airlines, to develop and implement marketing strategies.

We have been working with Tourism Ireland since 2021 on the consolidation and redesign of their online presence.

Fáilte Ireland works to develop tourism infrastructure, provide training and resources to businesses, and promote Ireland’s tourism offerings domestically. Fáilte Ireland also collaborates with local communities and businesses to enhance the visitor experience and sustain tourism growth across the country.

We designed and developed the online presence for their Trade and Business tourism services, Ireland Inspires.

AIB serves individual customers and businesses, focusing on digital transformation to enhance customer experience. It has a significant presence in the Irish market and also operates in the UK.

AIB was our first client when we started in 2002. We were commissioned to develop the strategy, plan, and design a new portal for their Corporate Banking clients, which was called AIB Corporate.

The website was the first to market in Ireland and delivered a personalised experience to clients, featuring real-time market feeds, analysis, and commentary supplied by the bank's experts.
