Goodbody Stockbrokers is Ireland's longest-established stockbroking firm, dating back to 1877. Today, Goodbody is one of Ireland's leading institutional brokers, corporate finance, and wealth management businesses.
We have partnered with Goodbody since 2015 to enhance their online services, specifically focusing on improving the customer experience of their online trading and investment management platform - Goodbody Online and corporate website.
Services Delivered
Our collaboration has supported the marketing and technology teams to deliver a series of digital initiatives that include:
- Advising and supporting stakeholders to assess and define how digital can be utilised to grow the business.
- Prototyping new products and concepts to explore features and user journeys.
- User testing new product concepts, campaigns and feature enhancements with existing and target customers.
- Designing and evolving the UX and interfaces for Goodbody's online products to deliver a single, unified digital experience across mobile, tablet, and desktop.
