Designed for all
We partnered with the Bank to redesign its online presence. We were tasked with creating a modern and accessible website that delivered an intuitive experience for all audiences and supported the bank's strategic objectives.
The design process was highly collaborative, and we worked with the leadership team throughout, workshopping, iterating, and evolving the new digital identity.
Our objective was to ensure that all senior stakeholders had a vested interest in creating the new online presence. The design process also ensured that the Bank understood the ambition and long-term commitment required to develop and manage the new website. The new digital identity provides a modern, responsive and scalable visual interface.
The navigation and content architecture presented an intuitive and accessible experience for expert and novice audiences. The proposed design and navigation were tested with target audiences to ensure a balance and consensus between internal and external needs.
More recently, we partnered with the Bank to modernise its platform by moving to Sitefinity Cloud. This upgrade incorporates rigorous security management, content delivery networks (CDNs), and a range of best-in-class Azure-based services. The cloud modernization ensures enhanced performance, scalability, and reliability, providing a robust foundation to support the Bank’s long-term digital ambitions.

Platform for Growth
The Bank required a platform that would support its new digital operational model and facilitate the management of its online presence across the organisation. We deployed Progress Sitefinity, the Gartner-recognised digital experience platform. Sitefinity provides employees with online marketing, content management, and governance features to accelerate and grow its online presence.
We continue to support the Bank in ensuring the evolution and growth of its digital presence, providing a fully managed service and hosting to deliver an uninterrupted and secure platform for all.
